About DeLiberation Web Hosting and Mobile Access Service

ARRAY Development has introduced a DeLiberation™ Web Hosting and Mobile Access website, an interactive service designed to assist corporations in selecting and contacting providers of these strategic services. Using our service, you can electronically submit Requests For Proposals (RFPs) to any Web Hosting or Mobile Access provider in the world at no cost.

The requests produced by our service are in a format that is easy to read and understand. The DeLiberation™ Web Hosting and Mobile Access site also includes a directory of more than a hundred leading service providers from around the globe along with links to their Web sites. The site is constantly upgraded based on client feedback. Every service provider will find it beneficial to register with us and every corporation will find it useful to become an active user.

Using the Service

To use DeLiberation™ Web Hosting and Mobile Access service is quite simple. After you fill in and submit the online RFP form, its output will be send to all providers that you have selected. At present, use of our service is entirely free.

Registration of Service Providers

To register as a Web Hosting and/or Mobile Access provider, please fill out the Registration Form.   At present, providers do not have to pay for registration or use

Business Information Reports

• The Dunn & Bradstreet GlobalSeek Report (US$15) provides concise reports on individual companies located anywhere in the world.
• The Dunn & Bradstreet Business Background Report (US$30) provides a more detailed information about the operations of a company located in the U.S., its history and business background of its management.
