ARRAY Development used Web-based technologies for implementing an original consultative framework for Environment Canada. This new framework helps the Department produce and discuss with staff and stakeholders its Business Plan, Action Plan and other key documents that define Environment Canada's business lines, results and deliverables. ARRAY Development also did the analysis, literature reviews, roundtable discusions and production of an Occasional Paper on the Department of the Environment as the Knowledge Factory. |
