Canadian Government Senior Executive Network
ARRAY Development provided leadership in repositioning SEN from a traditional government service to an aggressively-evolved market-driven knowledge factory. The project addressed the renewal of SEN's technological and information infrastructure and provided SEN clients with value added and competitive information services. ARRAY Development provided SEN's personnel with training in the use of Internet and novel online information-gathering methods that help them obtain key scientific, technical, marketing, and competitive information. The project used the ARRAY Development concepts of knowledge factory and focus interviews with SEN's stake holders, management and senior editorial staff to help SEN define and implement a new information dissemination strategy. This positioned SEN to be a leading provider of value-added information to the public-sector senior-executive community. |
